Sunday in the Sun

The sense of spring sprung last weekend as some members got together for a "spirited" 4 hour ride NW of Cochrane. Lisa, Alana, Mark, and Jeff headed out at 9am into the brisk morning awaiting the warmth of the day. the route took us to Cochrane, throwing in the HILL for good measure, up Horse Creek, Big Hill Springs and Lochend road. With the out and back the group was able to be in constant contact, although everyone one was riding strong and could maintain a visual.
Lisa and Mark threw down a bold attack on Lochend Rd that had Jeff in difficulty until the catch just before the stop sign on the return.
Alana rode strong in wind alone for the extra training.

Nicole and Dee were out south of the city starting to work on their tactics and efficiency before the BCBR.

Good job team!

If the colad and wet has you down for the weekend join Jeff at Preventous for a 3 hour spin Saturday 9-12am

Hope to see you this weekend.
Jeff
